Learn how to have successful daily scrums (or stand-ups) in Atlassian’s Agile Coach video series: Who should attend, the optimal duration, and what happens during the ceremony.
This video covers:
what stand-ups are,
when they happen,
who attends, and
how to run them.
Stand-ups keep everyone on the same page and united as a team. Sharing each person’s successes and plans each day gets everyone excited about the project overall and their individual contribution. Stand-ups also help eliminate other meetings, identify blockers so you can keep development moving, make quick decisions, and improve the Team’s level of knowledge. Check out the video for two different examples of how to run a stand-up.
